About a year or so ago, I shared my Most Worn Lipsticks and I was looking back at it and realised I could do with updating it a little. Whilst I still use and love all the lipsticks featured in there, I wouldn’t describe them all as being my ‘most worn’ anymore – there are new favourites in town.

NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Dolce Vita

This is the only product that has featured in both posts as this is still by far my most worn lip product. I’ve actually decided to do these ones in order this time and this was a clear winner. I described it as being my ultimate ‘my lips but better’ shade and it’s still that as it just adds more pigmentation and makes my lips look fuller and healthier. This is my second Dolce Vita as  I tragically lost my old one and I do not regret repurchasing it for one second.

NARS Lip Gloss in Chihuahua

Second up is Chihuahua from NARS. My regular readers will probably expect this as I do talk about this gloss quite a lot and try regularly to persuade non-gloss wearers to try it. I know that lipgloss isn’t exactly on trend anymore but I still love it and Chihuahua is a staple for my lip product collection. The NARS gloss formula is amazing, they’re really pigmentated, not sticky and fairly long-wearing – for a gloss anyway. Chihuhua is a gorgeous pink which again just makes my lips look healthy and I reach for it all the time. See how it looks.

YSL Rouge Volupte Shine in Rose Infinite

This is a long-term favourite and I’m kind of surprised that I didn’t feature it in the last ‘most worn’ lipsticks post as I’ve loved it for a very long time. The formula of these is sheer and not the most long-lasting but they’re so easy to reapply that it doesn’t really matter. Again, this just adds a nice shine to my lips and a touch of pigmentation for a fuller look. Are you noticing a theme here? See how it looks.

MAC Velvet Teddy

I avoided buying Velvet Teddy for so long as I was convinced it wouldn’t suit me – despite everyone else absolutely loving it. Well, I tried it and I was wrong all along, it really does look great on everyone. I actually find it looks different on everyone and for me, it’s quite a pale beige/brown shade but I just love it and find it so versatile. I’ve never really found my perfect nude shade but I guess Velvet Teddy is the closest I’m going to get! See how it looks.

Colourpop Ultra Satin Lip in Echo Park

I probably don’t reach for Echo Park quite as much as the others in this post, but it is by far the most worn liquid lipstick in my collection. I really had given up with liquid lipsticks before I tried the Ultra Satin Lips formula and then Echo Park just seeled the deal. I tend to prefer lipsticks that are easy to reapply rather than just ones that last for ages, but if I do want something which isn’t going to budge, I’ll nearly always go for this one. See how it looks.
